The Risk If The Ruck Documentary  focuses on both the good and bad sides to school boy rugby.  The documentary explores if rugby as a sport is to dangerous to be played at schoolboy level. This documentary is unbiased as it draws on the opinion from people will are advocates of school boy rugby but also those who appose it. So as the audience can draw there own opinions and thoughts on the topic without persuasion.

 

In this documentary their are first hand accounts of players who have had their lives changed through rugby related injuries and they speak about how it has effects them in every day life. As well as these players we also hear from players who are advocates for school boy rugby. We also have accounts from experts in the sector like Ian Williams an ex rugby player and director  of sport at Ellesmere College.

The Risk of The Ruck is a highly recommended film, it has also been awarded many prestigious awards like a BAFTA, an EMMY, and best documentary as well as having five star reviews from the Sun, Guardian and times. You will have an opportunity to watch the film when it gets released on Netflix in July 2020 in July 2020
